You need to have a basic level of comfort and understanding within a gym environment. Beyond that Anyone who wants to be faster, more powerful, build strength and muscle with a robust aerobic base and be in the best shape of their life.

You’ll get fitter and stronger. But in terms of process you will receive an invitation to the True Coach app via the email you provided. This will be where the program you selected will be delivered to you. We will check in after the first week to see how it has gone, and we will also check in after 10 days to see Week 2 progress with the decision making to continue onto the full program.

Once you sign up for the 14 day trial, you will be sent and invitation to the True Coach app via the email you provided. Then you need to go into the App store and download the True Coach app. Input the details you put in your email invite and log in. You are good to go with the program you selected in the intake.

– Education and resources are provided via a ‘guide to calories’, a My Fitness Pal guide and weekly QnA’s + Accountability on training and nutrition. You can also link MFP to True Coach.

– If you have a serious body composition goal I will support you to the utmost of my ability. This is however a team effort and I expect direct communication, collaboration and execution of strategies put in place. If you feel you need bespoke coaching and formal weekly check ins see below

– A gym membership is highly preferable. If you have a well equipped home gym that is good as well.

– Barbells, DBs, KBs, Rings, Trap Bar. I have Machine options and Garage gym options within my programs. Curved Treadmills and off feet aerobic options are preferable as well. Fat Gripz and Heel Wedges are also very useful!
